Froggy adds a Pink Drakes to his line-up!

Congratulations Jeff (Froggy) Burkhardt!

Ferdinand-

Thought you’d like a pic of my latest DRAKES line-up, now including the famous “Henness Pink Drakes” (Thanks again Mike!).  My blue-green example is arguably the “BEST AND BLUEST” in existance, with little green  showing. An Ex. Frank Kurczewski bottle, it is also full of character, with strong mold impression and pristine.

Share on Peachridge if you wish!

Regards,

JEFF (FROGGY) BURKHARDT

[PRG] Hmmm….. be interesting to compare this against MY pink Drakes!

That is certainly the most beautiful blue colored Drakes Plantation Bitters I’ve ever seen. Simply awesome!

Wow! What a magnificent color run, Jeff! Seeing groups like this always makes me wonder why on earth the nineteenth century glassworks (which were, after all, industrial businesses making a disposable, commercial product as cheaply, quickly and profitably as possible) would have created such unlikely rainbows of color?

    Insane!

Great group, Jeff. What else is out there for you to find? Maybe an aqua?

Thank you all for the kind words and complements. Reminds one that sharing our hard-found treasures is a way to give collecting joy to others. Thank you Ferdinand!
